Terms and Conditions

• Hours of Availability:
  The account manager is available Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 (Santiago time).

• Primary Support Channel:
  Initial contact must always be through our contact form. The account manager handles strategic requests, not general inquiries.

• Contract Duration:
  This plan requires a 12-month contract, renewable with 30 days’ notice. Termination requires 60 days’ prior notice.
